One of my two favorite things at the SFMOMA Birthday Bash was Leah Rosenberg's edible art installation of cakes (the other, not surprisingly, was seeing the transcendent Solange perform). With assistance from several helpers, Rosenberg -- an exquisitely talented artist and baker whose work I've featured several times before and who is also one-half of Protest Cakes) -- made 80 cakes in 22 different colors. People ooh'd and ah'd and Instagramed them all evening and then, eventually, we got to eat them. And they were delicious.
