On Labor Day I swapped my pal my copy of Rainbow Rowell's new graphic novel Pumpkin Heads for her copies of the first several paperbacks of Brian K. Vaughan's original Runaways. A temporary trade, of course -- we'll swap back later. But one of those lovely deals where each person feels they're getting the good end of the bargain. As the best arrangements always are.
