One of the things I really enjoyed at Alt Summit was Sarah Alexander's "Trophy Room" art installation. Woman built a horse! And a duck, and a fish, and more award ribbons than you could shake a stick at. The overall effect was not only offbeat and charming, but it also had that frisson thing, where you stumble upon art in a place you didn't expect to find it (this was in, like, a hotel lobby), and your world is put sideways for just a moment and you are made happy.
