The other week I had the honor of being a "conversation engager" -- along with the artist Ramekon O’Arwisters and writer Kathy Meadowcroft -- at the inaugural dinner put on by fledgling organization SPHERE (Shared Perspectives, Heightened Engagement, Real Experience). SPHERE aims to create a series of gatherings to bring forth conversations over dinner, around a range of important topics. This one was on the subject "Does Art Matter?" and was accompanied by an exquisitely delicious Iranian meal by Feastly chef Hanif Sadr. I was on the bill because of How Art Can Make You Happy. A wide range of folks showed up and the talk was lively and wide-ranging.
