I went and saw the show Contemporary Muslim Fashions at the De Young Museum the other day, and it was a thing of exquisite beauty. I always love a good fashion museum show, but this was one especially stirring -- showcasing as it did the vast range, amazing creativity, and utter good old fabulousness of fashion design in the Muslim world.
