Speaking of things I did ages ago and then failed to blog about in the flurry of November travel (see yesterday's post about Halloween), back in October there was also a fantastic event at The Bindery for my wonderful author Lisa Congdon's new book A Glorious Freedom: Older Women Leading Extraordinary Lives. Notable guests included Lisa's best pal, local artist Jen Hewitt (fourth photo), and Chronicle Books company president, Tyrrell Mahony (bottom photo). Lisa read from her entirely wonderful book and the crowd was enraptured.
