Yes! It's really here! Today is the official release date (also known, in certain circles, as a book birthday) of my book The Secret Art of Being a Grown-Up. I am so incredibly proud and excited for this idea--which has been percolating in my brain for over a dozen years--to make its way out into the wide world between two covers.
